Supervise the Duty Manager & Guest Services Manager to ensure they meet their goals and continue development. Work closely with Guest Services to improve arrival and departure experience. Review daily rate variance to ensure proper rates are applied. Ensure open folios and paymasters are properly monitored and closed on time. Monitor implementation and use of Colleague Advantage. Supervise Front Office team training. Work with HR to develop the front office team. Ensure we achieve our Enrolment Success Rate target. Maximise upsell opportunities.
