Responsibilities
- Accountable for delivering the events concept, ensuring every aspect of the events operation stays true to this concept as advised by the Events Manager
- Responsible for supervising the day to day functioning of all colleagues
- Accountable to work with other teams to maximise guest satisfaction
- Responsible to conduct briefings and maintaining liaison with the Head Chef and other Food and Beverage Department Heads
- Responsible to review and improve performance through identifying training needs and supporting Talent Development Trainer
- Responsible to assist in developing formal training plans and carrying out on-the-job training sessions for colleagues
- Accountable to mentor and coach colleagues, ensuring maximum engagement and motivation
- Accountable to recruit future talent and manage performance of the team
