The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will manage and support a team of AR Collection Agents, ensuring all processes are performed with quality, consistency, and timeliness in accordance with Hyatt’s policy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of AR Collection Agents serving an average of 4–6 hotels per agent.
  • Provide AR support to hotel properties, including resolving billing disputes and issuing duplicate invoice copies as needed.
  • Contact customers by phone and e‑mail regarding open invoices.
  • Perform research and reconciliation as required.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to both external and internal customers.
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries.
  • Attend employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits, and industry conferences as required.
  • Work well with others at a variety of levels within the organization.
  • Maintain regular attendance according to schedule and business needs.
  • Work 8 hours per day, Monday‑Friday, with an hour lunch break; weekend work may occur on rare occasions.

Qualifications

  • Experience
  • 1 year Accounts Receivable (AR) or B2B Collections experience required.
  • 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or accounting experience required.
  • Customer Service experience in one of the following industries a plus: Human Resources, Hospitality, Accounting, Commercial, Oil & Gas.
  • Above‑average written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer Skills needed
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Additional Comments and Requirements

  • Remote work requires high‑speed Internet service (DSL, cable or fibre‑optic). Cellular services are not allowed.
  • Remote employees must provide Hyatt with adequate certification of service from provider upon request.
