City Lounge Team Leader – Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars
Location: Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars, situated next to Blackfriars Station in the heart of the City of London.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the City Lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Supervise, coach, and support a team of colleagues, including full-time, casual staff, and trainees, to achieve high performance.
Set clear objectives for team members aligned with departmental goals and regularly review progress.
Communicate departmental strategies and updates effectively in collaboration with senior management.
Maintain strong team communication through briefings, meetings, and operational updates.
Deliver exceptional guest service by implementing action plans and ensuring customer satisfaction standards are consistently met.
Train and empower team members to confidently resolve guest queries and concerns.
Manage staff scheduling, labour costs, and support payroll processes in line with business targets.
Monitor and uphold service standards, appearance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Foster a positive team culture by supporting colleague wellbeing, encouraging development, and recognising achievements.
