Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper cleaning, drying, and storage of dishes, cutlery, and cookware.
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and organising food supplies and kitchen equipment.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables properly while following hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks, ensuring smooth workflow during busy operations.
  • Adhere to hotel/restaurant safety, hygiene, and food handling standards at all times.

About you

You are dependable, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. A strong team player, you work well under pressure and bring a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Prior stewarding or hospitality experience is a plus.
