Overview

Park Hyatt London River Thames is the brand's first property in the United Kingdom, located along the River Thames.

The hotel features contemporary art, 203 guestrooms, multiple restaurants and bars, a wellness floor with indoor pool and spa, a ballroom, and seven versatile meeting spaces.

It offers access to London's landmarks and curated guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and verify their booking details.
  • Perform the check-in process efficiently, provide room keys, and inform guests about hotel facilities.
  • Handle the check-out process, including billing, payments, and collecting feedback.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
  • Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage) to meet guest needs and requests.

About you

Previous experience in hotel front office within the luxury segment is preferred.

Strong communication skills and familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer skills are ideal.
