The Restaurant Manager will oversee operations of the All Day Dining Restaurant and Terrace, working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations of the All Day Dining Restaurant and Terrace, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
- Manage restaurant teams to consistently deliver exceptional service and champion guest satisfaction initiatives through effective training and development of the team.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximising revenue and profitability.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilising innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.
- Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.
- Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
