Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service during the night shift.
- Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and assist with guest requests.
- Oversee night audits to ensure accurate recording of daily transactions and prepare reports.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments (e. g., housekeeping, engineering) to ensure seamless night operations; act as the primary point of contact during nighttime operations.
- Oversee health and safety as well as security operations during the night, conducting regular patrols and inspections.
About you
- Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
