Responsibilities

  • Ensure all kitchen and Back of House (BOH) areas are kept immaculately clean, adhering to the hotel's high standards.
  • Assist in the smooth running of kitchen operations by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining the organization of storage areas.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting your colleagues as needed.
  • Assist in implementing waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource use, including recycling programs.

Schedule

Available working hours will vary each week and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.

About you

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant is desired.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and positive attitude; willingness to learn and adapt.
