Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist the CDP and Sous chef.
- To be able to follow instructions clearly.
- To be able to work well within a team.
- Producing a high standard of food for all outlets consistently excellent.

- Maintaining areas of work and machinery.
- Ensure the organization’s food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followed.
