Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring dishes meet Hyatt’s quality and consistency standards.

  • Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations, including stock rotation, mise en place, and delivery checks.
