This Grade II listed five‐star hotel stands on the historic site of King Henry 08's Bridewell Palace and offers 205 stylish guestrooms, suites, and versatile meeting and event spaces. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of the breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
  • Manage staffing levels, rotas, and team performance during breakfast shifts.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control food waste and costs.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations at all times.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front‐of‐house teams to maintain timely and accurate service.
