Duties and responsibilities related to the Groups & Events Coordinator role include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the Events Sales office, promptly addressing inquiries via phone, email and booking platforms.
- Preparing and distributing events sales‑related materials including proposals, contracts and invoices as well as event orders for the operational teams.
- Updating client appointment notes and follow‑up actions.
- Maintaining an organized record of event sales activities, client communications, and booking details.
- Coordinating invitations and responses for showcases, presentations, and promotional events.
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Assisting in preparing presentations and reports.
About you:
Administrative experience or roles in hotel operations and guest services is advantageous. You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
