Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage group and event bookings from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every detail is handled with care, accuracy and professionalism.
  • Work closely with clients to plan memorable meetings, conferences, social events and group stays, delivering a seamless and personalised service throughout.
  • Prepare detailed event function sheets and coordinate requirements across all departments to ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Build strong client relationships, responding promptly to enquiries and amendments while consistently aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Partner with Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office and Operations teams to bring events to life, maximise revenue opportunities and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Support the smooth planning and execution of all pre‑event arrangements, ensuring timelines, room setups and operational details are fully aligned.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience, strengthen client satisfaction and support repeat business.

About you

You have previous experience in hotel events, conference planning, group reservations or a similar hospitality role within the premium hotel sector.

You are highly organised with excellent communication and relationship building skills, and you are confident managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and experience using hotel systems are advantageous.
