Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking a Groups & Events Planning Executive to deliver exceptional experiences for group and event clients from contract to delivery. You will coordinate group accommodation, prepare orders, contracts and final invoices, and upsell to increase revenue while ensuring personalised planning.
Collaborating with Sales, F&B, Rooms and other teams, you will communicate requirements for flawless execution, conduct client meetings and show rounds.
