- Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Manager Front Office Nights role
- Responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work.
- Responsible for all Front Office functions during the overnight shift.
- The role includes supervising and training Hosts and Door Hosts.
- Perform all tasks of the Front Office as needed to facilitate service.
- Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the department is appropriately staffed according to activity levels.
- Ensures that all Front Office staff are aware of all new promotions and changes.
- Ensure that check in / check out standards are adhered to.
About you
We are looking for a motivated candidate with good experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of front office operations.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer focused approach are essential.
A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently are essential.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and flexibility to work overnight hours are required, along with a commitment to maintaining exceptional service standards at all times.
