Duties & Responsibilities of the Night Luggage Porter role includes:
- Welcome the guest to the hotel in a professional manner.
- Offering car valet service where required.
- Ensuring the forecourt is kept clean & tidy at all times in accordance with hotel standards.
- A smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage.
- Assisting guests during their stay and handling guest complaints where applicable.
- Ensuring the hotel lobby is clean and well maintained at all times.
- Maximising revenue opportunities through upselling.
- Providing all required information about the hotel, available services and facilities.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred.
