Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and team performance during breakfast shifts.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control food waste and costs.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front‐of‐house teams to maintain timely and accurate service.
