As Assistant Housekeeping Manager, reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional standards synonymous with Park Hyatt. Supporting the day-to-day operation of one of London's most luxurious hotels, you will help create immaculate surroundings and memorable guest experiences, ensuring every space reflects the sophistication and attention to detail that defines our brand.
You will:
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring every guest room, suite, public area and colleague space is presented to impeccable luxury standards.
- Support and develop Housekeeping colleagues, helping to create a culture of excellence through coaching, training and day-to-day guidance.
- Conduct quality inspections across the hotel, maintaining exceptional presentation and attention to detail at every touchpoint.
- Work collaboratively with Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage and other departments to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience.
- Support workforce planning, scheduling and inventory management to ensure the department operates efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards.
- Respond confidently to guest feedback, resolving concerns with professionalism while continually looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.
- Champion health, safety and brand standards while supporting departmental reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
