  • To assist the DCDP, CDP and Sous chef.

  • To be able to follow instructions clearly.

  • To be able to work well within a team.

  • Producing a high standard of food for all outlets consistently excellent

  • Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety

  • Maintaining areas of work and machinery

  • Ensure the organization’s food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followed
