Casual Steward – Hyatt Hotels Manchester
As a Steward, you will be an integral part of the Stewarding team, working closely with the Culinary Operations team to ensure that all kitchen and Food & Beverage areas are maintained to the highest standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pot wash, dish wash and general cleaning duties.
- Assist with goods inwards, including receiving and storing deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas.
This is a flexible role, with shifts available on weekdays and weekends. Working hours vary and may include early morning, breakfast, late evening, or peak periods requiring additional hours.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety and food hygiene standards (training provided).
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
