Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensingtonis seeking aLuggage porter who will be responsible to assist arriving guests with their luggage and transportation requirements, to follow-up on miscellaneous guest requests or requirements, to assist the Concierge on duty as necessary in providing guest services. This role combines customer service, safety, and logistical responsibilities to enhance the overall guest experience. TheLuggage PorterKey Responsibilities will include: To assist arriving guests, as required, then proceed to luggage lift to retrieve guest luggage (from claim check provided from the receptionist) and proceed to guest room to continue check-in procedure. Ensure guest room is in order, describe location of TV control, air conditioning control, guest services directory, etc to guests checking in; report any deficiencies or guest dissatisfaction at once to the Manager on duty Page guests as required, deliver messages, packages or other items to guestrooms or other areas of the hotel as required.
