With 440 sophisticated guestrooms including 50 suites, plus 11 distinctive meeting spaces, the hotel offers a full range of services tailored to serve the needs of business and leisure travellers alike. Dining options include seasonal dishes and Afternoon Tea at The Montagu Kitchen and snacks and cocktails at award-winning Churchill Bar & Terrace.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional and personalised service experience to all guests in the Regency Club ensuring every interaction is warm, welcoming, and professional.
- Set up and maintain beverage stations, including coffee, tea, and other refreshments typically offered in the lounge.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the area, ensuring a seamless and elegant environment for guests.
- Recognise regular guests and customise service according to their preferences, enhancing their lounge experience.
- Report shortages or replenish stock for food, beverages, and supplies in the lounge.
- Anticipate guest needs and always aim to exceed expectations.
About You:
Previous experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
