Oversee all event service activities during the day shift, including opening and closing duties, and help coordinate with other F&B outlets.
Supervise and support the team, make sure breaks are taken on time, and help train new staff when needed.
Handle guest feedback and work with the team to meet service and satisfaction goals like Hysat and GEM.
Give guests correct information about the hotel and its services, and work with other departments to improve their experience.
Request food, drinks, and supplies for the department, and help reduce waste and control costs, including casual staff hours.
Keep track of any maintenance issues in the department and make sure they are fixed quickly.
