Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Team Leader role:
- Overseeing the preparation and completion of all Night Audit tasks
- Managing Front Office operations during the overnight shift
- Supporting the check-in and check-out process for hotel guests
- Addressing and resolving guest concerns that arise during the night
- Acting as a Manager on Duty in the absence of the Night Manager
About You
You have previous experience in a front office or night reception role, ideally in a supervisory capacity. You bring strong communication and organisational skills, with a guest-focused approach to every interaction. While knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage, confidence in using standard computer applications is essential.
