Salary: £30,385 + Service Charge (Up to £600 per month). This position is based on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, providing a balanced work schedule.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Duty Manager role:
- Oversee and lead the night team, ensuring they deliver high levels of guest service.
- Manage front-of-house operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Prepare and submit nightly reports to senior management.
- Communicate any important occurrences to the day team.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant health, safety, and security protocols.
- Monitor the safety and security of the premises.
About you:
Proven experience in hospitality operations with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage overnight teams effectively. You will have excellent knowledge of hotel procedures, guest service standards, and health and safety requirements.
