Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is conveniently tucked away in upmarket Marylebone, located in the heart of London’s West End, featuring views over the charming gardens of Portman Square. Duties and responsibilities related to the Host/ess – The Montagu role:
- Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage the reservation system, coordinate seating, and optimise table allocation to support smooth and efficient service.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless daily operations and memorable guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, providing clear and accurate information about menus, services, and facilities.
- Liaise with other hotel departments to accommodate special requests and contribute to overall guest satisfaction.
About You:
Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a premium dining or hospitality environment is preferred. You are an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a welcoming and polished atmosphere for every guest.
