Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 luxurious rooms, including a presidential suite and two signature mega-suites, with stunning views of the River Thames and central London. Duties and responsibilities related to the Guest Services Agent role:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage switchboard console and other telecommunication devices effectively.
- Keep accurate records of all calls, including details of the caller, recipient, and the nature of the call.
- Liaise with internal departments and external organizations as needed to facilitate smooth communication flow.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and proficiency in operating switchboard equipment and related technology.
