Duties and responsibilities related to the Guest Experience Host/ess role:
- Serve as a key ambassador for the hotel, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
- Act as a primary point of contact, anticipating needs and ensuring a seamless and personalised journey from pre-arrival to post-departure.
- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, programs, and services, with particular attention to VIP and special guests.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Coordinate special requests and tailor services to deliver unique, personalised experiences.

You bring previous experience in guest experience or front office, ideally within the premium hospitality segment.
