Duties and responsibilities of the Breakfast Team Leader Flexi:
- To be responsible and accountable for the operational running of their area of responsibility.
- To ensure that departmental strategy is communicated to all colleagues in their area of responsibility in liaison with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Maintain effective communication within the team.
- To implement actions from action plans to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained in line with company’s goal.
- To train and empower staff in the team to resolve customer concerns with the least amount of inconvenience.
