Duties and responsibilities related to the Barista role:
- Master the preparation and presentation of all beverages on our menu.
- Support daily setup and ensure the bar is ready before opening.
- Manage stock: requisition, check, and store supplies with accuracy.
- Monitor inventory to minimise waste and spoilage.
- Assist guests with warmth and professionalism, resolving any concerns with care.
- Drive revenue by confidently upselling products and services.
