Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional service, ensuring memorable dining experiences through attentive and professional engagement.
• Oversee and support colleagues, ensuring seamless service and adherence to Forbes standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and promotions to assist both guests and team members effectively.
• Assist in training and mentoring the team, fostering growth and development.

Qualifications

Previous experience working in the same or similar role in a luxury environment is desired.
