Great Scotland Yard Hotel, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, is a luxury hotel located just moments from Covent Garden in the heart of Westminster.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clients with expert knowledge of the hotel's products, services and event spaces.
  • Support proactive and reactive group and event sales enquiries across all segments including Corporate, Social, Conference and MICE.
  • Prepare meeting and events proposals, contracts, BEOs and manage group rooming lists using Envision and Reserve.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage and operational teams to maximise revenue and enhance the hotel's brand profile.
  • Assist with client show rounds, office visits, FAM trips, trade shows and post-event follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, assist with sales and competitor reports and engage in market research activities.
  • Support the development and execution of group and event sales strategies and action plans.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience supporting groups, events or hotel sales operations and confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; enjoy working collaboratively across departments and proactive in identifying sales opportunities.
  • Comfortable working with sales systems and reports; flexible, positive attitude and motivated to grow a career within hotel sales.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
