Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Events office, promptly addressing inquiries via phone, email and booking platforms.
- Prepare and distribute events sales-related materials including proposals, contracts and invoices as well as banquet event orders for the operational teams.
- Update client appointment notes and follow-up actions.
- Maintain an organised record of event sales activities, client communications, and booking details.
- Coordinate invitations and responses for showcases, presentations, and promotional events.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
Qualifications
- Administrative experience or roles in hotel operations and guest services is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
