As Global Sales Account Director, M&E you drive growth by managing Hyatt's strategic Meetings & Events intermediary partners across the EAME region. You will nurture key agency relationships, develop account plans, and translate opportunities into revenue across Hyatt brands. You collaborate with global sales, regional offices and hotel teams to maximise lead generation and commercial performance. You represent Hyatt at industry events and provide strategic guidance on M&E partnerships to strengthen market share. This role combines relationship leadership with data-driven account development to position Hyatt as a preferred partner in the intermediary market.
Pay / Benefits
- Manage a portfolio of strategic global and regional M&E intermediary accounts across EAME, executing account plans aligned with Hyatt's objectives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key agency partners, meeting planners and decision-makers to drive revenue and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and develop new M&E opportunities while supporting activation of global agreements and programs.
- Collaborate with Global Sales, Regional Offices, hotels and cross-functional teams to maximise lead generation, conversion and performance.
- Monitor account performance, industry trends and market insights to identify growth opportunities and deliver revenue targets and KPIs.
- Represent Hyatt at industry events to position the company as a preferred partner in the M&E intermediary market.
- Provide strategic guidance on M&E intermediary partnerships, sourcing trends and account development to internal stakeholders.
Key requirements
- Significant experience in hospitality global sales, M&E, group sales or intermediary account management.
- Strong knowledge of the M&E intermediary sector (event agencies, venue-finding agencies, professional conference organisers, incentive houses).
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts across multiple hotels, brands or regions.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders in a global matrix organisation.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
