Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. With stunning city and river views, signature Charlie Whinney pieces, and a convenient location in the heart of London, the hotel is an ideal launchpad to explore the city, with nearby attractions including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Kings Road. Duties and responsibilities related to the Front Office Manager role
Support the Director of Rooms in the smooth running of the department
Coaching, training and developing the team with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences and high levels of engagement across the team
Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences
Monitor the financial performance of the department and identify new ways of maximising revenue
Recruit new members of the team, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to join the department
Support with administrative duties such as preparing the rota and submitting payroll information
About you
Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are required.
