Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients to ensure profitable and efficient account management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and competitive analysis.
  • Drive revenue generation in line with the hotel's business objectives and budget targets.
  • Implement sales action plans and contribute to the overall business strategy through a personal business plan.
  • Follow up on all potential leads and convert them into successful partnerships.
  • Plan and execute a yearly calendar of sales activities, including strategies for quieter periods.
  • Organise and conduct sales trips to major feeder markets, under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback and insights to the Director of Sales.
  • Arrange and host familiarisation (FAM) trips and site inspections for key clients.
  • Prepare and submit monthly activity reports, including market conditions and account performance.
  • Assist in client entertainment and participate in sales department initiatives.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required to support the success of the sales team.

  • Results‑driven professional with a strong background in corporate sales and account management.
  • Pro‑active, confident & customer focused with a "Hunter" mentality.
  • Strong negotiation & influencing skills.
  • Ability to seize market opportunities and generate revenue streams.
  • Excellent language and written skills in English.
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Experience in a similar role is essential.
