As a Shift Engineer, you will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all hotel equipment and facilities, supporting a safe and comfortable environment for guests and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate all plant, machinery, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation and guest comfort.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues, carrying out repairs and ensuring rooms and facilities are kept in excellent condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, identifying and resolving faults in a timely manner.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed, including isolating unsafe equipment and responding to fire alarms and emergencies.
- Deliver a high standard of guest service by assisting with requests, resolving complaints, and supporting a positive guest experience.
