Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the night team, ensuring they deliver high levels of guest service
- Manage front-of-house operations, including check-ins and check-outs
- Prepare and submit nightly reports to senior management. Communicate any important occurrences to the day team.
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant health, safety, and security protocols.
- Monitor the safety and security of the premises

Salary & Working Hours
Salary : £31478.86 Service Charge (Up to £600 per month) This position is based on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, providing a balanced work schedule.
