What you will do as Hotel Manager
- Lead the day to day operation of the hotel, ensuring consistently high standards across all operational departments.
- Reporting to and partnering closely with the Area Vice President/General Manager to deliver the hotel's strategic priorities, commercial objectives and operational performance.
- Set the operational rhythm of the hotel, creating a culture where service standards, attention to detail and accountability are embedded in everyday ways of working.
- Inspire, coach and develop department leaders, building a confident, engaged and high performing leadership team.
- Identify and develop talent, supporting colleagues to grow their careers within Hyatt and creating a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
- Use guest feedback, colleague insight and performance data to continuously improve the operation and enhance the guest experience.
- Build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, owners and business partners, representing Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill with confidence and credibility.
- Promote collaboration across all hotel departments to deliver a connected and consistent guest experience.
- Balance innovation, operational efficiency, profitability and service excellence to support the continued success of the hotel.
You are an accomplished hotel leader with significant experience within an international five star hotel environment.
You are currently a Hotel Manager, Director of Operations or hold a similar senior operational leadership position within a large, fast paced hotel.
Experience within the London luxury hotel market would be advantageous.
A strong Rooms or Food & Beverage background is essential.
You understand the operational heartbeat of a complex hotel and know how to balance exceptional guest experiences with commercial performance and operational excellence.
You are a visible, authentic leader who builds trust through integrity, empathy and consistency.
