- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Provide expert local knowledge andpersonalisedrecommendations on Stratford, London attractions, dining, shopping, entertainment and transportation options.
- Assist guests with arranging transport, restaurant reservations, tickets, special requests and memorable local experiences.
- Handle luggage assistance requests and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions and services to deliver accurate and valuable recommendations to guests.
Previous experience within a hotel,hospitalityor guest-facing environment is preferred. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guestexperiencesand a proactive approach to service. Knowledge of Stratford and London attractions would be advantageous, along with the ability to remain professional,organisedand calm in a fast-paced environment.
