Overview: Breakfast Chef de Partie – Flexi Hours. Available working hours vary each week between 0–40 hours. Primary location: Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill, London.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a specific kitchen section during breakfast service.
  • Prepare and present breakfast dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency in flavour, texture and visual appeal.
  • Mentor and support Breakfast Demi Chefs and Cooks; foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders and ensure proper storage, minimise waste and maintain freshness.
  • Uphold rigorous food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards in line with company policies.
  • Maintain equipment and workstations, ensuring smooth breakfast service and adherence to kitchen protocols.
  • Contribute ideas to menu development, morning specials and enhance guest experience for early risers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel culinary operations; ability to manage and lead a section independently.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations and HACCP compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to support and inspire junior team members.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently during early morning shifts in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous Chef de Partie role within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Experience with London-based hotels and knowledge of UK hospitality standards and local compliance.
  • Level 2 or higher culinary certification.
