  • Support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the day-to-day running of the Housekeeping department.
  • Lead and motivate housekeeping colleagues to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain brand standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering teams to manage room availability, maintenance requirements and guest requests.
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen and uniforms, ensuring stock levels are effectively controlled and resources are used efficiently.
  • Assist with colleague recruitment, onboarding, training and performance development within the department.
  • Handle guest feedback, requests and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and high satisfaction levels.
  • Support the delivery of departmental objectives by maintaining operational standards, health and safety compliance, and effective team communication.

We are looking for an experienced housekeeping professional with previous supervisory experience in a hotel environment. You will be a confident people leader with excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of motivating teams and maintaining exceptional standards. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service are essential. Experience within a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment would be highly advantageous.
