Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and in accordance with the restaurant\’s recipes and guidelines.
• Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
• Manage inventory for your section, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper stock levels.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and tools in your section are maintained in good working order.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills to oversee and inspire a specific section of the kitchen.
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques.
