Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during evening and overnight hours, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Monitor the lobby and hotel premises to maintain security and ensure guest safety throughout the night.
- Handle late reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Complete nightly audits, reconcile daily transactions, and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to address any matters that arise during the night shift.
