Your Role

As a Business Management Analyst – Global Sales HSF EAME, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the strategic and operational priorities of Hyatt’s Global Sales organization across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. You’ll bring together analytical insight, systems thinking, and collaboration to enhance the team’s performance and readiness for both current and future business needs.

This role is designed for someone who thrives on transforming data into strategy, optimizing systems and processes, and driving operational excellence through the adoption of new technologies, including AI-driven solutions, that strengthen efficiency and innovation within a fast-paced, global sales environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver analytical frameworks, reports, and dashboards that drive performance evaluation, operational excellence, and support current and future business needs across the Global Sales HSF EAME team.
  • Analyze market trends, supply and demand, and competitive landscapes within the EAME region to identify opportunities for growth and strategic focus.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and encourage the adoption of new technologies, including AI-driven solutions, that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with the Group Conversion and HSF segment teams to develop and maintain tools that strengthen lead conversion, improve RFP management, and streamline sales and event-related processes.
  • Partner with HSF segment teams to monitor and optimize event-related budgets, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with broader organizational priorities.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and analysts to align insights, share data, and collectively drive business recommendations.
  • Stay current with emerging market trends, systems, and technologies to anticipate evolving business needs and foster continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional analytical and project support as required to meet strategic and operational objectives.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business management, or operational support ideally within hospitality, sales, or a global corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial monitoring, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Experience supporting the implementation of digital systems and AI-driven tools is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple global initiatives and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • High learning agility, adaptability, and a genuine curiosity for continuous growth.
