Responsibilities of the Assistant Spa Manager

• Assist in managing daily spa operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Support hiring, supervising, scheduling, performance evaluations, and training of spa staff.
• Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management for the spa.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in luxury spa management, with strong organizational skills, knowledge of spa treatments, and understanding of health and safety regulations.
