About the role: Reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management, you will ideally have a positive and outgoing personality with excellent people and communication skills. Relevant experience working in the same or similar role in a four-star hotel environment is essential. An ability to organise, strategise and set priorities are a must. You will pro-actively assist in leading the revenue management of the hotel by overseeing and implementing revenue maximisation strategies as directed by the Cluster DRM. You will be responsible for analysing recent trends for all revenue streams and provide detailed analysis to assist the hotel in the revenue forecasting process. You will have to be objective in all decision-making processes to ensure the best possible revenue and profitability outcome for the hotel. To coach, train and develop a culture of revenue maximisation throughout the hotel. You will work with all relevant BI tools and gather market intelligence to support the teams as well as providing detailed analysis on group pick-up and wash trends. The role includes attending strategy meetings, providing any analysis required and support the hotel with the annual budgeting process.
About you: You will be competent with Microsoft packages, in particular Excel and Ideas. You will have a keen eye for detail and be capable of working in a matrix Company. With excellent communication skills, you will be comfortable with verbal and written communication in English and be able to prepare reports with limited supervision.
