Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Duty Manager & Guest Services Manager to ensure that goals are achieved and support their development.
  • Work closely with Guest Services to improve both the arrival and departure experience.
  • Review daily the rate variance to ensure proper rates are consistently applied.
  • Ensure that open folios and paymasters are properly monitored and closed on time.
  • Monitor the implementation and use of Colleague Advantage.
  • Supervise the Front Office team training.
  • Work with HR to develop the front office team.
  • Ensure achievement of the Enrolment Success Rate target.
  • Maximise Upsell opportunities.
