We are looking for an Executive Secretary to work directly with senior leadership across a range of business operations. This is a hands-on role — you will be keeping things organised and on track while the leadership team stays focused on building the business.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing diaries, calendars and meeting schedules across the leadership team.
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions to make sure things actually get done.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders — lawyers, accountants, banks and business partners.
  • Maintaining records, handling confidential information with discretion, and supporting company secretarial tasks as needed.
  • Coordinating across multiple simultaneous projects and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who has done this before and does not need hand-holding.
  • You see what needs to happen before being asked.
  • Organised, discreet and calm under pressure.
  • Strong written English and confident representing the business externally.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and calendar tools.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously is a plus.
